1. Finding a new job is a difficult endeavor

Leaving the workplace without a previously secured new employment is a highly perilous undertaking because today it is quite difficult to discover a profession that suits us, as well as employers that find us suitable. Consider what you have before leaving it, because it’s a harsh environment out there.

If you have a wage that allows you to live comfortably, remain, save money, and gradually hunt for a new job before deciding whether to go or stay.
